Multipolarized antenna from WIFI Plus.
I found this on www.zero13wireless.net/forum visit site for more info and pictures.

This antenna is made from staking 4 5dbi multipolarized antennas.

The wooden stick is a used as mast - it stays vertical as is on the pictures.
This must be an omni antenna - wooden stick is pointing up.

This boys claim that these antennas work whit no line of sight - this test is not with the same antenna but looks interesting.

First 4 images - test trough 150m forest.

Last image is the same antennas tested on 2km no obstacles.

Obviously circulary polarised antennas show better resultes while refractions...

My name is Emiliano and I am the builder of the multipolarizad prototype. From Argentina to Rusia, that's incredible!! :-)

We have now making the tests. The antenna is mounted in a tower in a zone with buildings not too hight but with a hi quantity of trees.

This week we try to move arround with a notebook for test all well. Th firsts tests are very promisings.

The first test I've made was in a room closed with a window. I use a enuwi-g2 usb wifi modified for conect external antenna.

With a enuwig2 not modifieded I can see only 3 AP in the zone, with the polarized antenna I can see 11 nets and a lot of trafic of clients...all this at center of the room, not too closed to the window!

Now I am redisigned the antenna for a more compact and easier structure. See the thread at zero13 for more info!

PD:The wood stick is a broken wood arrow :-)

i did not thing that patents are problem - we do not sale these antennas.

I think mcWit meant this type of antennas was not discovered by spanish but just reprodused by the patent
