А что смотреть то ? Девайс сам написал, что DRAM 16. Меняйте ОЗУ

Доборый день есть 2 камеры aircam ip-vid_626
скорее всего сдохла флешка перезаписть ее ничего не дала.
кто сможеш помочь с правильными дампами, готов отблагодарить за помошь.
что есть
- 2 неработаюших камеры
- 2 дампа данных с них
- 2 старых флешки 1 стриал
- новые флешки
- программатор ch341a

У меня нету, да и замена флеша на айркамах не прокатывает.

Установил новую память W25Q64 bullet m2. Залил дамп с родной флеши. Результат - нет пинга. Залил дамп с яндекс диска - пинга нет. Если у кого есть дамп с рабочего bullet m2 hp, просьба выложить или сбросить на мыло.

а что делать если антенна циклически перезагружается , кроме прошивки 5.5
ревизия платы 2011 года
на прошивке 5.5 работает даже итерфэйс но в майне происходит как на картинке такое ощущение что радио тоже битое либо что то еще ...

спасибо большое не обратил внимание даже на такую мелочь и в правду память битая ...
а что делать если постоянный ребут на происходит

Проверьте транзистор кнопки резет, если жив, то скорее всего проц, хотя есть некоторая вероятность битой прошивки.

Установил новую память W25Q64 bullet m2. Залил дамп с родной флеши. Результат - нет пинга. Залил дамп с яндекс диска - пинга нет. Если у кого есть дамп с рабочего bullet m2 hp, просьба выложить или сбросить на мыло.

Ищите причину в другом, дамп тут похоже не при чём. А кстати, надеюсь резетили точку после заливок, по тфтп пробовали шить?

Да резет после прошивок делал. Точка шьется только в режиме TFTP, после чего перезагружается, и не пингуется.
Получается следующая картина. Если прошить флешь на программаторе, прошивкой, которая была считана с родной флеши (возможно поврежденный дамп), то при подключении точки загорается питание и лан, но точка не пингуется, тоже самое после резета. Если после этого точку шить по tftp, то отрабатывается алгоритм прошивки, поочередно загораются светодиоды в прямом и обратном направлениях, точка перезагружается, но на пинг не отвечает. Если прошить флешь дампом с яндекс диска, и после этого прошивать по tftp, то светодиоды поочередно не загораютя, а светодиод лан не светится. Точка не пингуется. Всвязи с тем что точка по разному себя ведет на разных прошивках, есть желание прошить флешь на программаторе заведомо рабочей прошивкой. Если у кого есть дамп прошивки, буду благодарен.
